Education

Kevin was the recipient of a Dean's Scholarship to the University of Houston Law Center. While there he was a member of the winning team in the 2001 Hippard Mock Trial competition and also received an award as the competition's best speaker. Kevin was selected as a member of The Order of the Barons and received The Order of the Barons' Achievement Award in 2003. Prior to law school, Kevin graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia University with a bachelor's degree in economics and history in 1991. He also was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.

Experience

Kevin became licensed in 2003 and has concentrated his practice on commercial and probate litigation in the state and federal courts of Texas. He has primarily focused on oil and gas disputes, construction cases, breach of contract issues, and will contests.

Work History

Kevin worked for Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse from 1992-2000. During his time with Lowe's, he managed stores in Bryan, Conroe, and Spring, Texas and was a member of the district staff, overseeing operations in Nashville, Tennessee and Houston. Prior to joining the firm, Kevin worked for Cotham, Harwell & Evans from 2003-2005 and The Mendel Law firm from 2005-2011.

Family

Kevin is married to Deborah. The Raleys have three children. Kevin's hobbies include coaching basketball, cooking, do-it-yourself projects, hunting, fishing and golf.
