Chris received his law degree from South Texas College of Law where he was a member of the Advocacy Program and elected as a representative in the Student Bar Association. Prior to law school, Chris received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College with a double major in history and government and was a member of the baseball team. Chris also studied at the University of Barcelona and the National University of Ireland, Galway.
Chris' practice consists of a broad range of commercial litigation, oil and gas disputes, intellectual property, bankruptcy litigation, admiralty, professional liability, multi-district litigation, mass torts, product liability and personal injury on both sides of the docket. Chris also handles appeals and drafted briefing before multiple Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Texas.
Prior to joining the firm in 2014, Chris practiced with the litigation firm MehaffyWeber P.C. Before going to law school Chris worked for United States Congressman Judge Ted Poe.
Chris is married to his wife Lacey. Their first daughter Reagan was born in January 2015. Chris’ hobbies include trips to the hill country, baseball, cooking and golf.
